- By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service information
- Ensure access to the appliance and property
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
- Service Agreement & Payment Authorization: By submitting payment, you agree:
- A non-refundable diagnostic fee is required to book the service
- This fee covers travel, inspection, and evaluation only
- Repairs are not included and will be quoted separately
- Payment confirms your appointment request
- Missed appointments or cancellations may result in forfeited payment
- Technician arrival windows may vary due to scheduling
Diagnostic Fee
- A non-refundable diagnostic/service fee is required prior to or at the time of service.
- This fee covers travel, inspection, and evaluation of the appliance.
- Payment is required before service is scheduled
- The diagnostic fee does not guarantee repair.
- Additional repair costs will be quoted after diagnosis
Estimates & Repairs
- After diagnosis, you will receive a repair quote.
- Work will only begin after customer approval.
- Prices are subject to change if additional issues are discovered.
Payments
- Payment is due upfront or immediately after service completion.
- We may require full or partial payment before scheduling.
- Accepted payment methods may include card, cash, or online payments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- No-shows may result in loss of deposit or service fee.
Warranty Disclaimer
- We may offer limited warranties on parts and labor (if stated).
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unrelated failures.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, loss of food, time, or income. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for: Unsafe working conditions, harassment or inappropriate behavior, or inaccessible or hazardous environments
