Repairs
Once repair work has been completed, no refunds will be issued for labor. If a part fails under warranty, we will return to repair or replace it (if applicable).
Deposits & Prepayments
Deposits may be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled at the last minute or the customer fails to show. Refunds (if approved) may take 3–7 business days to process. Missed appointments or cancellations may result in loss of payment
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
